NEEDS ANALYSIS AND USER REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATION
Together with the customer, a Conductor Systems application specialist establishes the performance and application requirements and generates a User Requirement Specification (URS) including a basic design which can guide the client through their tender process in selecting their service provider.
The URS may be expanded to include a full solution definition and product specification.
INSTALLATION SUPERVISION AND COMMISSIONING ASSISTANCE
Who better than the designers & manufacturers of technology to oversee the installation and commissioning?
Our specialist will work hand-in-hand with your preferred installer to ensure fast and accurate startup.
REPAIR SERVICE
Our factory trained technicians will efficiently repair and test our products should they become faulty.

CALL-OUT SERVICE
A qualified Conductor Systems technical representative will visit site in order to trouble-shoot and repair breakdowns. We will also gladly assist with identifying performance improvements.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS
After defining the appropriate maintenance strategy based on your technology mix and operational requirements, Conductor Systems will take care of the scheduling and dispatching of our maintenance teams to your premises to conduct the defined maintenance inspections and routine actions.
Full reporting which will include recommendations and identified red flags is provided a short while after the conclusion of each visit.
SPARE PARTS SERVICE
While we strive to hold sufficient stock on hand, our stock levels are subject to prior sale which may lead to stock-outs when you need spares the most.
As a result, we offer our customers a guaranteed minimum spares holding to ensure the required part is always available for their exclusive use.
On-site delivery can be guaranteed based on agreed service requirements.
